Dear Ghoulfriend,
Recently I have developed this small problem that is very distressing. When I am with a woman, at the moment of intimacy, I tend to pull out a large knife and remove her head.
Afterward I place roses in her hair and between her teeth and place the head on a platter of asparagus and arugula, with a nice guacamole dip on the side.
Now to the faux pas:
I never know whether to serve red or white wine! Can you help me?

Dear Stymied,
Because you are serving asparagus along with the head, I would recommend a Pinot Grigio to complement the delicate flavors of the greens. A red wine would overpower it and after all the trouble you've gone to with presentation, you really mustn't ruin it with the wrong libation. It sounds just fabulous! I'll just bet that guacamole looks great with a redhead - so festive! Do you do any catering?
